- Notes: Our monthly meeting is at Alfredo’s in the Holiday Inn. The meeting begins at 7:00, but many members come early, starting around 5:15, for dinner in Alfredo’s.
Our program this month features member Debbie Axelrod, a certified Pilates instructor, who will explain how good body mechanics can help make us better skiers. She works with all kinds of people from sports pros to people with physical impairments. Feel free to bring a yoga mat to the meeting if you want to try out a couple of moves.
