WHEN: Wednesday, March 17th to Wednesday, March 24th, 2027.
WHERE: We will be staying at The Lodge of Whitefish Lake – one of the premier resorts in northwest Montana, located directly on the shores of Whitefish Lake, conveniently situated about 5 minutes from downtown Whitefish, 15 minutes from Whitefish Mountain Resort, 30–40 minutes from the west entrance of Glacier National Park and 20 minutes from Glacier Park International Airport. This AAA Four Diamond property combines the feel of a classic mountain lodge with upscale amenities, making it a popular base for visiting Glacier National Park, Whitefish Mountain Resort, and downtown Whitefish.
Resort amenities include: Indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs, a fitness center, a full-service spa, boutique shops and the Boat Club Bar & Restaurant, known for large windows overlooking Whitefish Lake, Montana steaks and fresh seafood, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Whitefish Mountain has a laid-back, authentic Montana feel with 3,000 acres of skiable terrain, over 110 marked trails – Terrain for beginners through experts – Tree skiing, bowls, glades, and groomed cruisers. It averages 300 inches of annual snowfall and has night skiing on selected runs.

LODGING COST:
$1495 per person for a Hotel Studio Suite in the Main Lodge based on 2 people per room
– This suite is approx. 600 sq ft with 1 King or 2 queen beds, a gas stone fireplace, wet bar, mini refrigerator, small dining table, sitting area, private balcony or patio, spacious dual vanity sink, large soaking tub and separate walk-in tile shower
$1345 per person staying in a Lake Front Condo with 4 people per unit
– This 1300sq ft condo has 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a King in the master suite and 2 Twin beds or 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom. It has similar features as the Hotel Studio Suite but features a complete kitchen and dining table plus a BBQ grill on the patio/balcony and direct lakefront views.

Roundtrip Transfers from Kalispell Airport – provided through the Lodge at Whitefish
One-hour Welcome Reception Orientation with hosted beer, wine & snacks (20ppl minimum required)

Scheduled transportation to and from Whitefish Mountain Resort, Snow Bus and supplemental Lodge shuttle provided by the hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY:Cancel before Sep 15th, $25 service fee
Cancel between Sep 15th and Oct 14th – $500 loss
Cancel between Oct 15th and Dec 1st – $1000 loss
Cancel after December 1st – 100% loss
If we sell your spot, we will try to refund you as much money as possible.
Registration Information
Registration is based on a first-come, first-served basis. You MUST be 18 years old or older and have a current membership to one of the Cleveland Metro Ski Council (CMSC) Ski Clubs – see website for applicable clubs.This form is for registration only – your spot on the trip is not confirmed until your payment is received by Curtis Bell of the Cleveland Metro Ski Council.
